Duplo Service and Self Help Center

Duplo duplicators are designed to give you years of virtually trouble free service.  It is not uncommon for a duplicator to exceed 10 million copies.  Occasionally however, parts wear and minor tuning is needed.  We also recognize that a portion of service calls can be prevented through education of machine operation.  On occasion, an inexperienced operator can incorrectly diagnose a problem with the duplicator which results in a service call being placed.  It is our hope that the self help area of this website will help to reduce these simple but frustrating scenarios which in return could reduce the expense of an unnecessary service call.
